Modernization of KSB’s Warehouse Results in Enhanced System Efficiency

After 14 years of operation, the parts warehouse supplying the water pump production at KSB’s Frankenthal, Germany plant had become obsolete. This also meant that it was no longer efficient enough to keep pace with production growth.

viastore undertook the modernization of the warehouse, adapting it to KSB’s current higher production status and making it fit for the future.

Now the system offers sufficient reserve capacities for any future increases in production rates. In addition, it is easy and convenient to operate, relieving the workload on employees and giving them the freedom to take care of other production-related tasks.
