A growing trend among retailers is mandating on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries in the retail supply chain, which was first developed by Walmart in 2017 and is now back in focus as supply chains recover from the COVID pandemic. Manufacturers and distributors are under pressure to achieve and maintain high OTIF scores, and a new white paper offers guidance on using data to minimize fines, manage risk, and establish trust in the supply chain.
