Entitled the “DHL 2022 Mid-Year SME Survey,” the survey’s findings are based on feedback from more than 4,000 United States-based SMEs, including DHL customers.

The report, entitled “Future of Work in Logistics,” was based on feedback from more than 7,000 logistics and supply chain professionals, focusing on the reality of the workforce, the opportunities and challenges faced and what organizations will need to attract, retain, and deliver workers in the digital era.

The company said it is investing $10.6 million into this facility, with a focus on increasing shipping capacity and also enabling faster package processing as well.

Company officials said that this investment—for these two service centers, which cumulatively account for 238,872 square-feet and add 144,875 square-feet of improved working space compared to its previous facilities—helps to establish what it described as more conveniently located and spacious facilities that will boost shipment capacity and also enable faster shipment processing, to provide earlier deliveries for local customers.
