Supply chain software: HighJump to acquire TrueCommerce
Move will add trading partner integration software to Highjump’s existing supply chain management suite
HighJump Software announced today that it has reached agreement to acquire TrueCommerce, a provider of business-to-business integration solutions. TrueCommerce provides a comprehensive end-to-end suite of trading partner connectivity solutions including electronic data interchange (EDI) translation and data mapping software, transaction network and on-boarding services. HighJump Software ranks No. 11 on Modern’s Supply Chain Management Software annual list with $85 million. TrueCommerce solutions enable trading partner connectivity for 3,000 customers, features predefined integration to many major ERP systems and can be deployed in either SaaS or on-premise models.
?The TrueCommerce trading partner integration solution complements HighJump Software’s existing supply chain application suite which spans from supplier to store shelf and includes warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, route accounting systems, manufacturing execution, mobile sales and ERP data collection. Trading partner collaboration is increasingly important as organizations strive to reduce costs and improve service levels. By combining integration solutions with application functionality, organizations are able to ensure consistency in business processes and accuracy of information exchanged with trading partners.
