One Network Enterprises, and Greyhound Package Express (GPX) announced that GPX now offers its customers even more benefits with new enhancements to its service.
A subscriber of One Network’s cloud platform for more than two years, Greyhound Package Express (GPX) has long made it easy to ship packages same-day to numerous markets across the United States, offering a compelling alternative to other ground or air delivery options.
The new system makes shipping packages even easier with the following key upgrades:
Greyhound customers can now create and manage shipments more easily with access to a user-friendly customer portal
One Network will now provide the rating and routing engine for GPX shipments
The new Directed Moves feature ensures proper handling and loading of packages at transfer points and final destinations
- Improved reporting and analytics for Greyhound via One Network’s Data Warehouse.
