Truckload rates, which measure linehaul rates, saw a 5% increase to 138.4 (January 2005=100), rising for the 17th consecutive month, and coming in slightly shy of the December 2018 all-time record. And intermodal rates were down 3% compared to January and up 6.2% annually, marking the 29th consecutive month of annual gains.
