DAP Technologies completes global operations expansion
New structure aimed at providing integration and customization support.
DAP Technologies has realigned operations to focus business at five primary locations in Canada, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Atlanta, Ga., and the corporate office in Tempe, Ariz., which recently moved to new facilities at Agave Business Park on 8945 South Harl Avenue.
By re-aligning key functions at these five primary locations the company can enhance service, support and customer integration needs. Because of the company’s expertise in the rugged computing platform, DAP Technologies is helping companies make the transition from handhelds to robust, Windows-based rugged tablets and vehicle mount technologies.
“This expansion enhances our ability to bring advanced rugged tablet and vehicle mount technologies to the market and provide customers with the support and customization they require,” DAP Technologies president David Molesworth explained, “It’s become less about the product and more about integration and delivering an entire solution for the customer.”
The Canadian office in Quebec City will provide service and support. The U.K. office in Abingdon is the hub for all European service, support and integration, while the Georgia office in Duluth is one of the company’s sales offices with special emphasis on the warehouse and logistics market. Taiwan operations focus on supply chain efficiency. The corporate head office in Arizona will also specialize in integration customization for clients, service, support, and distribution.
