Embark Trucks Takes SPAC On Ramp

Software-as-a-service provider Embark Trucks Inc. raised $614 million in a SPAC deal last month as it continues commercialization of its autonomous freight offering. The San Francisco firm said its Embark Universal Interface is intended to enable OEMs to easily integrate self-driving capabilities into their trucks.
