Lidar Maker Quanergy Enters SPAC Merger

Quanergy Systems Inc., which sells solid-state lidar systems, last month announced that it had agreed to merge with CITIC Capital Acquisition Corp. Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Quanergy plans to continue developing and commercializing its optical phased array technology and list on the New York Stock Exchange.
