Not every major robotics-related transaction in June 2021 was around autonomous vehicles. CMR Surgical Ltd. raised $600 million in Series D funding as it develops the Versius system for minimally invasive surgery. The Cambridge, U.K.-based company claimed that it was the largest medical technology financing to date, bringing its valuation to $3 billion.
