Westchester, Penn.-based freight transportation and supply chain services provider A. Duie Pyle recently announced it has expanded its Westfield, Mass.-based Integrated Distribution Center, which re-opened late last month.

Following its February announcement that it inked it inked an agreement to acquire El Segundo, Calif.-based Performance Team, a provider of warehousing and distribution service, in a move geared towards augmenting its end-to-end supply chain service offerings, Copenhagen, Denmark-based A.P. Moeller Maersk, an integrated container logistics services provider, announced yesterday that the deal has been made official.

C.H. Robinson officials said that with Prime now officially in the fold—and set to be integrated into the company’s North American Surface Transportation division—this acquisition will expand its retail consolidation business while also providing more scale, capabilities, and expertise to its service portfolio. And they added that this acquisition is expected to be slightly accretive to earnings in 2020.
