Exoskeleton maker Sarcos Robotics agrees to SPAC deal

Not only must industrial exoskeletons be able to augment human strength and endurance, but they must also be safe, comfortable, and easy to use. Salt Lake City-based Sarcos Corp. agreed to a merger with Rotor Acquisition Corp., a SPAC, that will provide $496 million in capital. Sarcos CEO Ben Wolf spoke with Robotics 24/7 about the deal and his company’s plans.
