OPEX Perfect Pick a Revolutionary Picking Solution Based on Proven iBOT Technology

A unique, automated, high-speed, goods-to-man, piece picking solution based on proven iBOT™ delivery technology

Highly Scalable & Able to Grow with Your Business
Perfect Pick dramatically improves the rate and efficiency that goods move through a warehouse or distribution center.

Perfect Pick’s small footprint and superior fixed-aisle scalability offers a low cost entry point to automate your picking operations that is highly scalable and able to grow with your business.

Perfect Pick’s simple modular design and unmatched scalability in both size and speed provides the opportunity to expand your solution over time by adding racking modules and/or introducing additional iBOTs into the system.

Making the Complex Simple
Perfect Pick was engineered to simplify the complexity associated with other shuttle technologies on the market today.  Perfect Pick’s revolutionary “one-touch” design is based on a single component, the iBOT™, which has 100% access to the inventory within an aisle.  These intelligent, wireless vehicles race around the track inside the racking structure storing and retrieving goods at rates of up to 1,000 dual-cycles per hour.

Perfect Pick iBot

Proven “One Touch” Technology
iBOTs are proven OPEX technology based on the successful Mail Matrix™ - a truly revolutionary product in form and function.

Unlike other shuttle technology that must rely on elevators, conveyors or lifts, iBOTs pick and stock inventory simultaneously on both sides of the aisle delivering totes or trays with precise sequencing directly to the picking station.

Breakthrough Reliability
Because Perfect Pick does not rely on additional mechanized components to transfer its load to the picking station the potential for failure of these automated systems is eliminated and superior throughput and reliability is achieved.

Redundancy has been engineered into Perfect Pick so it has no single point of failure.  Perfect Pick’s design is based on a single component, the iBOT, which operates independently from the racking system.

In most instances, iBOTs can quickly and easily be driven out of the system if required. In the unlikely event that an iBOT is unable to be driven out under its own power, the independent, wireless vehicle can easily be extracted from the system without any major disruption to ongoing operations.

Simply put, the OPEX Perfect Pick solution allows you to automate your storage and retrieval workflow with greater reliability, speed, and accuracy than ever before.
