Hytrol exhibits ProSort 1400 LP

Hytrol (Booth B9411) is presenting its ProSort 1400 LP, a sorter featuring a patent-pending heavy slat and breakaway shoe design.

Offering users several of the same features that the company’s 1100 series provides, the sorter has been exclusively developed to handle large parcel applications, in which product diverting must be positive, yet also gentle.

Able to sort at speeds of up to 350 feet per minute, the sorter’s maximum product weight is 75 pounds per foot, as it can sort products as large as 55 x 96 inches in size (like large furniture and tires). It’s also able to sort products that are as small as 4 x 6 inches—from envelopes to polybags.
