As we’ve shared in the previous three ORBIS podcasts, reusable packaging offers advantages across your supply chain, including increased productivity, less impact on the plant and rapid payback. And to gain these advantages right away, companies are seeking to efficiently convert to reusable packaging as quickly as possible.

Customized Packaging

As we’ve learned, not all reusable packaging applications are alike. Some supply chain loops have unique packaging needs that require a more customized solution.

From packaging for electric vehicles to custom-sized totes for retail automation, custom packaging drives value for all types of applications.

In this session, Fritz Rohne, Product Manager at ORBIS, joins Michael Levans, Group Editorial Director of Peerless Media’s Supply Chain Group, in a discussion covering supply chain trends making an impact on packaging; typical applications for customized packaging; and the best practices for making the switch to customized from expendable packaging.
