Breanna Herbert, Sustainability lead and associate product manager at ORBIS Corporation, and Bob Peterson, VP of marketing at ORBIS Corporation, join Michael Levans, group editorial director of Peerless Media’s Supply Chain Group, in this second of two podcasts to discuss the role reusable containers are playing in your e-commerce sustainability strategy as we move into recovery.

In the first podcast, Herbert and Peterson take a take a look at the current warehouse/DC operations environment as it responds to growing e-commerce pressures and explore how re-usable containers are being integrated into fulfillment operations.

In this second podcast, our panel dives into the overall benefits of putting re-useable containers to work an e-commerce fulfillment operation; define the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle; and then wrap up this series by offering a discussion on the circular economy concept and how it applies to e-commerce fulfillment and overall sustainability practices.

ORBIS is a diversified provider of reusable plastic containers, pallets, dunnage and bulk systems designed to improve the flow of product along the supply chain in an effort to reduce costs, enhance profitability and add sustainability.
