Prior to AFS, Tom Nightingale served as President and CEO of International Package Shipping and its operating companies. He has also held leadership roles at GENCO (now FedEx Supply Chain), ModusLink, Con-way Inc. (now XPO) and Schneider National.

Tom has a master’s in Business Administration from Syracuse University, a bachelor’s in Marketing/Management from Siena College and serves on the board of several organizations, including Syracuse University’s Franklin Supply Chain Advisory Board, CSCMP, and formerly The Warehouse Education Research Council and Women in Trucking.
