iOffice to acquire asset maintenance management software provider Hippo CMMS

Acquisition expected to strengthen customers' ability to drive positive business decisions through data-driven solutions while simplifying and enhancing the employee experience.


iOFFICE, a leader in digital workplace experience solutions, has acquired Hippo CMMS, s provider of asset and preventative maintenance management software.

This move further broadens the scope of iOFFICE’s intelligent cloud-based solutions and expands its digital technology suite to meet the entirety of its customers’ needs for managing the workplace and workforce of tomorrow.
