Keeping product in continuous motion at Valpak's Manufacturing Center is the job of 17 automated guided vehicles (AGVs) from Dematic: 13 vehicles for reel handling, plus four forklifts for palletized loads. The reel handlers operate in the print roll area, moving reels of signatures from buffer storage to the collators.
