Accellos acquires PROFITsystems

Supply chain software provider extends solution suite with leading home goods retail software.


Accellos, a leading provider of supply chain execution software solutions, today announced its acquisition of PROFITsystems, a provider of comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for small and medium sized home goods retailers.

Accellos stated the acquisition enhances its efforts to provide small and midsized business and logistics service providers with a single-source supply chain software partner. It is Acellos’ seventh acquisition and integration of a supply chain software company and the will further the development of a unifying product technology; the AccellosOne platform. More than 4,000 companies use Accellos software to power their supply chains. Consistent with this strategy, Accellos has extended its supply chain solution to the last segment of the supply chain, the retail store.
