Robinson and Cary, N.C.-based data analytics company SAS introduced a partnership geared towards providing an end-to-end supply chain solution focused on integrating inventory and demand signal data with real-time transportation data.

Robinson said last week it is taking steps to help its U.S.-based customers getting access to refunds—more than $1 billion—through Section 301 tariff exclusions. The company explained that most of these refund opportunities have been updated on an ongoing basis, going back to 2018, driven by the U.S.-China trade war, and they are set to expire on December 31.

A collaboration announced today between two titans in their respective industries— Minneapolis, Minn.-based global logistics services provider and freight forwarder C.H. Robinson, and Microsoft—has a sharp focus on enabling real-time visibility for C.H. Robinson’s shipper customers, as well as meeting changing global supply chain demands.
