OTTO: Heavy-Load Material Transporter

OTTO is a self-driving vehicle designed to increase throughput and reduce operational costs in warehouses and industrial centers.

With a payload capacity of 1500 kg, OTTO effortlessly moves large items and standard pallets.

OTTO offers a zero turn radius for tight spaces, a passive suspension for load stability, and a maximum speed of 2.0 m/s.

OTTO is delivered with safety-rated sensors, dynamic navigation intelligence, and a perceptive LED display to work safely with your team.

Hassle-Free, Flexible Implementation
Unlike automated guided vehicles (AGVs), OTTO does not use magnetic tape, bar codes or any other fixed infrastructure to navigate your facility. OTTO is equipped with Clearpath’s state-of-the-art localization and mapping software that allows it to move freely within your facility, while safely avoiding obstacles and optimizing travel time to loading and docking stations. As your workflows change, waypoints are simply uploaded with a click of a button.

Rugged For Industry
OTTO is built with industrial-grade components to withstand the rigors of industrial environments. Its one-piece welded steel frame and durable, powder-coated aluminum exterior provide exceptional strength and rigidity to safely transport payloads up to 1500 kg with ease. Premium-grade drive wheels coated with Vulkollan deliver dependable traction and superior wear resistance on industrial floors.

Safe and Collaborative
OTTO intelligently detects and avoids obstacles using dynamic path planning and built-in safety-rated sensors, including front and rear LIDAR sensors. Intuitive 360-degree LED lighting and distinct audio prompts politely communicate the vehicle’s intentions to your team for safe and effective collaboration.

Customizable Payload Appliances
OTTO’s modular appliance interface and on-board power supply easily integrates with standard industry appliances including carts, manipulators, lifts and conveyors to address a wide-range of assembly line configurations.

Rapid Return on Investment
The self-driving fleet quickly proves its value by maximizing throughput, reducing labor costs and minimizing capital expenses.
