Increase ROI with Labor Management Systems

Companies across vertical markets, including Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Food & Beverage, are increasingly investing in Labor Management Systems (LMS). As a result, these companies are benefitting from year-over-year productivity throughput gains of 10–30 percent, with corresponding distribution cost reductions.

Many of the most successful companies have achieved these improvements with a combination of LEAN Process improvement and Industrial Engineering consulting services, in conjunction with the implementation of a Labor Management (LM) software application. However, a LM solution is not absolutely essential to achieve improved labor throughout and cost reductions.

A growing number of companies are leveraging enVista’s comprehensive consulting experience in labor management, employee and supervisor training, and process improvement as an alternative (and in addition to) a LMS implementation. The companies investing in these types of labor management projects experience throughput and cost reduction improvements, typically on the order of 5–15 percent.
