The roll adapter system transports and sorts all types of clothes hangers using an adapter.

The concept is based on the idea of transporting a standardized adapter, provided with RFID tags, is the link between conveyor and clothes hanger instead of only using the comparatively unreliable hanger. This ensures an extremely high process reliability.

Each roll adapter is identified based on its unique RFID tag and can be detected throughout the entire system. The adapter is thus driven safely and cannot derail. The adequate adaptor size ensures that a large range of different hangers can be used.
