Company: Foundation for the Global Compact

Established in 2006, the Foundation for the Global Compact is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization under New York State law. The Foundation is based on the principle that public-private collaboration is essential to find lasting solutions to pressing global problems. All companies participating in the UN Global Compact are asked to make an annual contribution to the Foundation. These contributions are vital to the initiative’s ability to provide a valuable framework for corporate change and innovation around environmental, social and governance issues.
