Titan acquires Bilt-Rite Conveyors
Titan Industries (http://www.titanconveyors.com), a manufacturer of industrial conveyors and conveyor systems, has acquired Bilt-Rite Conveyors (http://www.bilt-rite.com) of Garfield, N.J. The acquisition will introduce Bilt-Rite customers to Titan's hinged steel belt line of conveyors and heavy duty conveyors, which are ideal for pallet-handling applications. Titan customers will benefit from the depth of experience Bilt-Rite has in packaging and retail markets. The Bilt-Rite headquarters and manufacturing operations have been integrated with the Titan Industries operation in Wisconsin. Moving forward, the full Bilt-Rite product line will be offered under the Titan brand.
