Gemini Series Achieves Zebra Technologies Validation

Gemini Series® mobile data management software validated at Zebra’s Solutions Center to demonstrate complete interoperability with Zebra ZT410 printers in manufacturing and warehousing environments.

TAKE Supply Chain (TSC) announced it has successfully completed Zebra Technologies’ Validated Program for its Gemini Series® mobile data collection and management software.

This designation indicates to customers and partners that Gemini was successfully tested and confirmed interoperable with the Zebra ZT410 printer.

Gemini was also validated with the Zebra MC9200 mobile computer and Zebra R140 printer in 2016.

Gomathy Puliyadi, manager, data collection products, TAKE Supply Chain:

“Manufacturers, warehouse operators and other supply chain logistics providers that rely on both Gemini Series and Zebra devices to collect, manage and distribute operational data can be confident in the high-quality performance level and compatible functionality of this combined solution.”

Steve Rice, vice president, TAKE Supply Chain

“Gemini Series delivers the exact level of software flexibility and overall system expandability needed to sustain the pace and quality of supply chain and logistics operations for years to come.”Steve Rice, vice president, TAKE Supply Chain

The Gemini Series solution enables users to employ a more effective and accurate method for collecting and managing data amidst increasingly rigorous lot tracking requirements and fast product lines expansions.

The device and OS-agnostic platform stays in sync with users’ ERP and WMS at all times to provide full data transparency and real-time accessibility across the entire warehouse operation.

The resulting, and continuous, data flow between shipping, receiving, production, and quality control workflows ensures operational continuity and empowers users to take immediate, decisive actions that improve business performance and avert issues at “ground zero”. The result is both improved agility and cost effectiveness of entire supply chains as market economics change.

Zebra Technologies’ Validated Program enables eligible channel partners to test the interoperability of their software solutions with select Zebra mobile computers, scanners, printers, RFID readers and mobility management software products to meet user application-specific needs, and reduce both the risk and the deployment time for the user.

Steve Rice, vice president, product group, TAKE Supply Chain:

“Gemini’s automated data capture and real-time processing capabilities not only harmonize the flow of our customers’ end-to-end warehouse or factory operations, they provide the fundamental building blocks needed for widespread device interoperability and future digital technology innovation.”

“Gemini Series delivers the exact level of software flexibility and overall system expandability needed to sustain the pace and quality of supply chain and logistics operations for years to come. This Zebra validation is one demonstration of that.”
