NACCO Materials Handling Group’s (NMHG) 2012 fundraising efforts are off to a strong start. Jim Cieslar, executive director of United Way of Pitt County, joined Schemerhorn at center court during the second half to accept the check.

“We are so thankful to NMHG and its employees for the continued support of United Way of Pitt County,” said Cieslar. “These funds will be used to reduce high school dropout rates, reduce unemployment and provide financial support through disaster relief programs in Pitt County.
