Will Serve as Conduit to Share Information and Expertise
By FORTE Industries

FORTE, the design-build pioneer of the supply chain distribution sector, is pleased to announce the introduction of a new blog.

Located on the FORTE website, the new blog will serve as a conduit to share information about the distribution sector of the supply chain.

The blog will also provide a venue to discuss best practices and perspectives on the supply chain industry, with current entries covering topics such as: the latest in material handling system simulation; corporate culture; weighing the advantages of WCS versus WMS; and utilizing the receiving department to improve efficiency and help achieve operational excellence.

“Our blog is a more conversational way to share what we’ve learned from 30+ years as consultants to the supply chain,” said Tom Rentschler, vice president, marketing, FORTE.

“It is the latest customer-focused communication from FORTE, sharing our expertise about supply chain network optimization, material handling automation design and implementation, and supply chain execution software.”

In addition to a blog, FORTE also offers additional sources of supply chain educational content, including a series of white papers, reports and videos, available at the FORTE Knowledge Center.
