ETR 340 - 335d Series Offers Industry-Leading Lift Speeds and High Capacity Retention

Jungheinrich® introduces new Jungheinrich ETR 340 - 335d series of pantograph reach trucks.

The new 3,500 - 4,500 lb. capacity reach trucks offer industry-leading lift speeds combined with high capacity retention, allowing loads to be staged at higher-rack levels for greater warehouse efficiency and productivity.

“Jungheinrich’s new pantograph reach truck series is an exciting addition to our North American warehouse product line,” said Jeff Bowles, product line manager at MCFA. “With Jungheinrich’s advanced AC technology, customers are able to achieve longer run times and experience industry-leading performance.

In addition, the ETR 340 - 335d series allows operators to lift loads up to 450 inches, helping to maximize their warehouse space. This ETR series is another example of Jungheinrich’s commitment to delivering innovative, efficient material handling products for superior operator performance.”

The new Jungheinrich pantograph reach truck offers lift truck operators a smooth, quiet ride for greater comfort and efficiency. Key features include:

  • Exceptional Performance: The ETR 340 - 335d series of pantograph reach trucks combines advanced AC motor technology and exclusive Jungheinrich vehicle software that optimizes performance while minimizing energy consumption. The hydraulic system delivers the fastest published lift speed in the industry (up to 160 ft. per minute), in addition to variable reach and retract speeds. This results in a more efficient pick-up and placement of loads for increased productivity.

  • Excellent Load Handling: The ETR series provides excellent load handling at high lift heights — reaching up to 450 inches. This is due to Jungheinrich’s unique design, which features an exclusive ProTrac® suspended articulating drive axle that evenly balances load weight for improved stability during cornering and when working at high lift heights. The reach truck also features a rigid mast with cushioning at all mast stage transitions, which allows the operator to smoothly and confidently move materials.

  • Enhanced Operator Ergonomics: The ETR series is designed with a spacious operator compartment for increased comfort and productivity. The reach truck’s intuitive multifunction control handle, exclusive to Jungheinrich, maximizes operator performance by allowing travel and hydraulic functions to be easily controlled simultaneously. The pantograph system also features extensive cushioning to soften impact to the load and mechanism when it reaches the end of its stroke to better protect valuable loads and improve the operator’s working experience. Additionally, the ETR series features one of the smoothest, quiet rides in the industry, improving the overall driving experience and reducing operator fatigue.

  • Added Awareness: The operator display panel features key information in one easy-to-access location, including three programmable performance modes, a battery discharge indicator, drive wheel direction indicator and LED indicator lights. These features help operators remain informed and in control while moving loads through the facility. Productivity-enhancing options, such as an optional fork-mounted camera, lift height indicator and tilt position assist, help to improve operator performance in many applications.

New Jungheinrich products come with a one-year / 2,000-hour warranty that includes parts and labor, as well as components and systems, and a two-year / 4,000-hour extended Powertrain warranty. All Jungheinrich products are backed by the Parts Fast or Parts Free Guarantee that ensures next-day-delivery by 5:00 p.m. of Jungheinrich parts, or they are free, including freight, in the United States. For customers in Canada and Mexico, the guarantee ensures shipping of parts within 24-hours from the time the order was placed.
