Individual store orders are picked onto Rehrig Pacific’s DSD Pallet and efficiently loaded into a more versatile transport trailer.

Delivery drivers now have a true one-touch system using Rehrig Pacific’s DSD Lift, instead of a hand truck, reducing the number of movements required for each store.

By picking product at the warehouse level, more SKUs can be efficiently handled and delivered from one truck.

Productivity is further increased because more stops can be made per day, which will reduce the number of routes required to deliver the same number of cases.

By eliminating picking and loading of individual orders from a side bay trailer, the DSD Delivery System also reduces worker injuries by eliminating awkward and repetitive truck-side case lifting.

Using transport trailers instead of side bay trailers also gives companies the option of mixing conventional and bulk deliveries onto one delivery trailer.
